Why I’m Disrupting the Life Coaching Space
There’s no shortage of personal development coaches out there — many of them talking about spirituality, sexuality, or authenticity. But here’s the truth: very few are talking about how deeply interconnected these three pillars are.
To live a fully intentional life, you can’t work on one without touching the others. It’s time to break down those walls and explore how they flow together.

Spirituality: Trusting the Journey
Call it what you want — God, the Universe, the Fairies, an Algorithm — it’s all the same energy. For me, I call her the Universe, and she shows up through alignment, surrender, and trust.
Spirituality is about living your life in a way that aligns with your highest purpose. It’s a deep, soul-level knowing that can’t be explained — only felt. And while the phrase “everything happens for a reason” gets thrown around casually, it’s at the heart of what I believe.

Sexuality: Claiming Your Freedom
Let’s go beyond surface-level talk.
Sexuality is a fundamental part of being human, and for so many of us, it’s buried under layers of shame, silence, and societal expectations.
I know, because I lived it. I was 40 and divorced before I could even admit to myself what I desired — and acting on it cost me friends and family who couldn’t accept the woman I was becoming. But the freedom I gained? Beyond worth it.
I share this not for shock value, but to show what’s possible when you explore and embrace your truth — sexually, emotionally, spiritually.
Authenticity: The Root of It All
This is where my journey began.
Authenticity is who you are when the world stops telling you who to be. It’s what remains when you strip away systemic norms, trauma, and the “shoulds” we internalize.
Over time, I identified four pillars of authenticity. When explored in this order, they lead to radical self-honesty and liberation:

Body Image – How you see yourself dictates every action and belief.
Worthiness – If you don’t feel worthy, you’ll default to people-pleasing.
Boundaries – These protect your energy, but require self-worth to hold.
Exploration – Only once you stop hiding can you explore who you truly are.
If you’re still keeping secrets from yourself... you're not living authentically.
The Messy Intersection on the Authentic Journey

Life isn’t linear. It’s overlapping. And it’s messy.
But that’s where the magic happens.
For years, I tried to follow the coaching "rules." I listened to everyone else — the “experts,” the blueprints, the formulas. And guess what? It broke me.
So, I burned it all down.

With one bold choice, I gave myself a blank canvas.
What Rose From the Ashes
From stillness, I heard the message clearly:
You're here to inspire, not to perform.
I’m not here to coach from a pedestal. I’m here to walk with you — in the mess, in the truth, in the full expression of who we are becoming.
This new space is my offering.
Not perfectly packaged. Not algorithm-approved. But 100% aligned with my truth.

I don’t know exactly where this ride is going, but I do know this:
